By Ralph Blumenthal and Leslie Kean

Featuring a Russian spy murder, a self-immolation, gun-toting government thugs and other fanciful plot devices, Project Blue Book, Historys popular newseries on the Air Forces program to investigate and debunk U.F.O.s, is not your historians Project Blue Book.

We viewed the first six episodes from the standpoint of writers who have long worked on the serious side of U.F.O.s. We broke the on a secret Pentagon program investigating the phenomenon, with our colleague Helene Cooper. Leslie Kean wrote the Times 2010 best-seller U.F.O.s: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go On the Record. Ralph Blumenthal has written about U.F.O.s for Vanity Fair as well as The Times.

So, despite the embellishments, we were interested to discover parallels between the TV version and the historical and current reality.

The History series predictably sensationalizes and overdramatizes case investigations and the historical figures involved, adding many story elements that simply never happened. Its already hard enough for those trying to understand the truth about government involvement with U.F.O.s without mixing fact and fiction.

Nonetheless, melodrama aside, the real story is there:

Project Blue Book Was Created In A Time Of Public Unease

Formed in the years immediately following World War Two, Project Blue Book was intended to stop the spread of public unease about a growing number of reported UFO sightings, including over such landmarks as the White House and US Capitol.

“There was a lot of hysteria with the public, and that to the military and government at the time was a big threat in itself,” Greenewald says. “It didn’t matter if UFOs were alien or not, they were causing a panic, so had to settle everybody’s nerves.”

Though frequently met with derision today, UFO sightings are said to have been discussed at the top levels of government in the 1940s and 1950s.

“It was taken very seriously back then,” Rojas says, with Central Intelligence Agency chiefs publicly claiming it was a real phenomenon and even then-Congressman Gerald Ford warning it needed to be investigated.

In 1966 a separate Air Force committee was set up to further delve into some of the cases within Project Blue Book. That group later released a report finding no evidence of UFO activity.

Project Blue Book was officially shuttered in 1969.

‘project Blue Book’: Tv Review

In researching Hynek, Gillen discovered a man who refused to settle on an accepted answer without asking his own questions first oftentimes, walking away without answers of his own.

The first characteristic that became really apparent was his thoughtfulness and intelligence and determination and individuality, and even though hes not a total outsider and eccentric, he did things his own way, Gillen says of his research into Hyneks life. As a result, he was often maligned by both sides of the UFO argument. He wasnt single-minded or persuaded by any one argument, and the fact that he was doing that while working within a government agency is quite fascinating. One of the reasons he stayed working in was because despite the many misgivings he might have had about the way his research had been treated, he knew that this was where he was going to have access to the material and he couldnt have been in a better place for someone who was as curious about this phenomenon as he was. And he never really got the answers to .

While Hynek himself walked away from his studies as a ufologist without all of the answers he sought, its likely that History Channels adaptation of his life will provide some considerably more concrete results. The drama, which was shot in Vancouver and counts Michael Malarkey and Neal McDonough among its castmembers, will feature its fair share of creative liberties along the way, even if each episode is grounded in a bedrock of truth.

Wiki Leaks Releases An Alien Interviewed In 1964 Real Or Fake Subject Was Named Ebe

Extraordinary Project Blue Book file film of an Alien interviewed in 1964. Subject was named EBE-3 and was held captive for 5 days. Subject disappeared from Government records on date of this event.

This video is from MAJ 12 SO EBE 3 12. 9th JUNE 1964 PROJECT NO.220675 :LEAKED by Edward Snowden August 21, 2016 +THIS VIDEO CANT BE DEBUNKED+ :audio works best with a laptop computer:

UFO / ET DISCLOSURE Disclosure is the name given to the announcement by various world governmental leaders that we are not alone in the universe and that, in fact, many races of galactic beings are here around this planet and have been for some time.

They are here on peaceful missions, a fact which governments have generally kept hidden from their people until very recently. Disclosure ends the period of secrecy that extends back to at least 1947 and probably much earlier.

The practice of denying that ET UFOs or spacecraft exist has been a policy followed by most governments for varying reasons, some laudable, most unfortunately not.

The era in which the existence of other civilizations technologically and spiritually more evolved than ours has been denied is now ending and a new era of galactic contact and cooperation is beginning.

Wed like to hear your thoughts. What do you think about this video? Real or fake?

How Much Of Project Blue Book Is Real

  • Aidan Gillen as J. Allen Hynek . Source: SBS

Project Blue Book is a journey into a world of mystery and paranoia where UFO sightings are commonplace, encounters with monsters are routine and Nazi scientists are still around and up to no good. And yet each episode opens with the announcement that what were about to see is based on true events. As the show itself asks us on more than one occasion, who can we trust? Is it really real?

The simple answer is yes, its true: Project Blue Book a series made by the US History Channel is based on actual events. The Lubbock Lights episode is based on a real-life mass sighting of strange lights in the sky . The Flatwood Monster a 10-foot Frankenstein-like monster was seen by numerous residents of a small West Virginia town. Operation Paperclip, the Allied operation to spirit Nazi scientists out of Germany ahead of the Soviets to help with various top-secret projects , really happened.

Likewise, many of the characters in the series are real. Aidan Gillens character, astronomer J. Allen Hynek, really was a prominent and respected figure in the scientific community when he was recruited to head up the US Air Forces investigation of unidentified flying objects. His character arc is true to life, too: initially sceptical, he eventually became enough of a believer to call for further scientific investigation of the events he was hired to explain away.

Alien Interview Video Officially Debunked

A viral video hit the internet last week in which an alien imparts its wisdom to the the interviewer. This video was supposedly recorded by members of the official government-funded project, Blue Book. The wisdom of said alien included claims that it was an evolutionary descendant of humans, from our future. It can be seen in its entirety below.

UFO researcher, Isaac Koi, was quick to analyze the video and determine that it was most definitely a hoax. Koi was able to trace the video back to its original uploader, and thats when it became clear that this was nothing more than a pet project of a digital effects artist. In an article written by Koi, he states that this was all done by:

Canadian visual effects artists Aristomenis Tsirbas of MeniThings Productions. He has been a digital artist on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: Enterprise’

Aristomenis Tsirbas

Koi was also quick to point out that this was not the first time Tsirbas had dipped his foot into the UFO/Alien video world. In fact, he was known for another well-known hoax of a UFO that can be seen below.

Koi points out that Tsirbas admitted to the video, proudly, and even posted a detailed breakdown video of how he created it.

While this video is well done, entertaining, and scary as hell, it proves once more that the true work is being done by people like Koi and many others who are able to stamp these hoaxes down into the ashes as soon as they see a flame starting.

Project Blue Book Special Report No 14

Learn how and when to remove this template message)

In late December 1951, Ruppelt met with members of the Battelle Memorial Institute, a think tank based in Columbus, Ohio. Ruppelt wanted their experts to assist them in making the Air Force UFO study more scientific. It was the Battelle Institute that devised the standardized reporting form. Starting in late March 1952, the Institute started analyzing existing sighting reports and encoding about 30 report characteristics onto IBMpunched cards for computer analysis.

Project Blue Book Special Report No. 14 was their massive statistical analysis of Blue Book cases to date, some 3200 by the time the report was completed in 1954, after Ruppelt had left Blue Book. Even today, it represents the largest such study ever undertaken. Battelle employed four scientific analysts, who sought to divide cases into “knowns”, “unknowns”, and a third category of “insufficient information.” They also broke down knowns and unknowns into four categories of quality, from excellent to poor. E.g., cases deemed excellent might typically involve experienced witnesses such as airline pilots or trained military personnel, multiple witnesses, corroborating evidence such as radar contact or photographs, etc. In order for a case to be deemed a “known”, only two analysts had to independently agree on a solution. However, for a case to be called an “unknown”, all four analysts had to agree. Thus the criterion for an “unknown” was quite stringent.

How Close Are Aliens To Making Contact

Alien Interview Part 1 | Project Blue Book

A: Well sooner than you think, by 2013 I believe if not before because aliens will make sure nothing happens to prevent us from coming out finally and meeting you here on the surface. Q: Will aliens eat humans when they do visit us?

A: No I didnt say that or mean it aliens dont eat other aliens or humans because we are all the same, there is no difference between aliens and humans only in the way we look.

Q: Do aliens have a religion?

A: No, but we do believe in something greater than ourselves though.

Q: How long do aliens live?

A: Well its difficult to answer that question because not all aliens live on this planet some live on other planets also so it really depends where you happen to be living when you ask the question and I can tell you for sure our life spans here are longer than yours because of our environment and what we eat etc

This Project Blue Book Alien Interview Is A Complete Hoax

A YouTube video claims to depict a 1964 interview between an interrogator and an “actual” alien being held hostage, but it’s completely fake.

A new YouTube video has gained a lot of buzz lately as it claims to depict a 1964 interview between an interrogator and an actual alien being held hostage. The video opens with a Project Blue Book verification screen with case numbers and a date of June 9th, 1964. Its said that this video actually belongs to a PBB case, however its now been discovered that the footage some call actual proof of the extraterrestrial is officially a hoax. Let me explain

First, you should probably watch the video. Here it is.

As you can see, the so-called being named EBE-3 answers a few questions the government seems to be asking it. The being talks about traveling through time from a distant period in the earths lifespan, says hes an evolutionary descendant of humans, declares that nuclear war wiped out a majority of the earths population, and seems to try to describe the nature of life. Some of it sounds legit, while bits and pieces are just jibber-jabber. Nevertheless, the entire 4:36 video is kinda interesting if youre into creatures from another world, but as I previously stated, its all a hoax.

For all you wondering what exactly Project Blue Book is, read a snippet from the projects official Wikipedia page below.

There Is Still Information To Be Uncovered About Ufo Activity

Though Greenewald has amassed a stockpile of government documents, he says there are still many he – and the public – has not yet accessed.

One request to the National Security Agency yielded hundreds of pages, but they were so redacted only a few words were readable on each page, he says.

Other US government entities – including the Central Intelligence Agency and Defense Intelligence Agency – also conducted UFO investigations that have not been publicly released, Greenewald notes.

“I think Project Bluebook ⦠is simply the tip of the iceberg,” he says, adding he will continue to request more information from the US government.

“There are secrets after conspiracies after scandals that continue to come out,” Greenewald concludes. “There’s always something to go after.”

Many Of The Project Blue Book Cases Appear Open

Though many credible sources, from Navy admirals to military and civilian pilots, reported seeing UFOs, most of the cases investigated by Project Blue Book were deemed caused by weather balloons, swamp gases, meteorological events or even temperature inversions.

In Seattle, Washington, in April 1956, a witness described seeing a “round, white object, one-half the size of the moon ⦠going round and round”, according to documents.

Investigators later concluded it was a meteor and closed the case.

In January 1961 in Newark, New Jersey, a witness reported viewing a dark grey object “about the size of a jet with no wings”.

That object was later deemed a jet aircraft flying in the area.

O’Leary said through his research on Project Blue Book, he became convinced that there “really is a phenomenon” of UFOs, even though experts often debunk the purported sightings , or say that the existence of UFOs doesn’t necessarily mean that aliens are in our airspace .

all IS-BEs could be helped to become more aware of the actual situation on Earth through the information in this envelope. This is why I sent these letters and transcripts to you. I want you to get these documents published. I want IS-BEs on Earth to have a chance to find out what is really happening on Earth.

Most people will not believe any of it, Im sure. It seems too incredible. No reasonable person would ever believe a word of it. However, it only seems incredible to an IS-BE whose memory has been erased and replaced with false information inside the electronically controlled illusion of a prison planet.

We must not allow the apparent incredibility of our situation prevent us from confronting the reality of it.

Frankly, reasons have nothing to do with reality. There are no reasons. Things are what they are. If we dont face the facts of our situation, were going to stay under the thumb of the Old Empire forever! The biggest weapon the Old Empire has left now is our ignorance of what they are doing to all the IS-BEs on Earth.

Disbelief and secrecy are the most effective weapons they have! The government agencies that classified the enclosed transcripts as TOP SECRET are run by IS-BEs who are nothing more than mindless automatons covertly ordered about through hypnotic commands given by the Old Empire prison operators. They are the unknowing slaves of unseen slave masters and all the more enslaved by their willingness to be slaves.
