As soon as your selected candidates accept your job offer, contact all other candidates to inform them that they didnt get the job. It is crucial that you know how to say Sorry, you didnt get the job in a way to maintain a strong employer brand. Make sure you send only customized post-interview rejection emails and give a brief explanation of the main reason why they didnt get the job.
