You will need to show that you have a strong understanding of the business, their operational goals and how the department you hope to be working with fits into it. Research as much as you can about the business as well as the people you are going to be meeting. If you can show that you understand the business, the people working there and show how you will fit in and add value you will go a long way to showing them that you are the person for the job.

This line of questioning will give insight into the type of managerial style they prefer working for and if it matches your current managers personality type and workflow.

Even if you’re the leading candidate, you might not get a job offer immediately after the second interview. Be mindful when answering this question. Word choice is very important. You want to avoid negatively charged words like stand-offish, rude, mean, cold.
