If youve switched jobs in a very short period of time , the interviewer is bound to ask about it.
After all, job-hopping is one of the biggest red flags for HR managers.
True, you might have had a reasonable cause. Maybe the second company you got hired in just wasnt a good culture fit for you.

Companies tend to be skeptical because of the following reasons

Interviewers want to see how you have dealt with friction and uncomfortable situations, and whether you can handle them appropriately.
How Will You Manage Pressure Or Stress
The best answer you need to give is: “Well.” While you probably donât want to truly say that, the thought is to pass on the ability to deal with difficulty and ideally pressure isn’t an issue for you. To be honest, this inquiry tends to accompany high-pressure, stressful jobs or organizations and they need to know whether you’ll have the capacity to deal with extraordinary circumstances.
Ideally, you had self-chosen into this sort of job and connected to the organization and part with your eyes open about those substances and trust you can flourish in an environment that requests a considerable measure of you.
