Multitaskers and highly organized people are often the ones that thrive in fast-paced situations. Do not forget to bring along some examples of arranging your work and multitask when you need to attend to several customers.
So what should your answer sound like?
You should let them know that you can think on your feet, which is one of the reasons you work in a fast-paced working environment. You should go ahead and highlight relevant experiences hereit could be anything, a situation, action, a task, or maybe a result. Put extra emphasis on how well you performed in a fast-paced environment.
Your flexibility and versatility are important in these working environments because the hiring manager wants to know whether youll be available to juggle different tasks or not. What if one of the team members is not there or cannot perform that specific task that needs to be done as soon as possible.

Question: Will I Get Help From The Franchisor To Run My Franchise
Answer: The whole point of running a franchise is that you have the freedom of being a business owner combined with the support of an experienced franchisor. The founder of the business will want to make sure their franchisees are in the best possible position to maintain profitability. This means theyll usually provide all franchisees with a good amount of training and support.
But remember, youll still be responsible for operating your franchise unit. So, its vital you have the core characteristics of a successful entrepreneur business acumen, determination and leadership skills.

If you do something wrong you should know it immediately. Regardless of right or wrong, the further removed feedback is in time, the less effective it is.

When the interviewer asks, your answer should sound something like this:

Chick Fil A Franchise Fee
Interviewer: Thats interesting. Theres 25 in Utah. So when you were originally thinking, okay, I gotta get out of this corporate job, I want to start a business, why would you go to Chick-fil-A?
Nick: Its a great question. So I had no interest in the restaurant business before this, to be honest. Chick-fil-A has a very unique franchise model as far as a lowits a low barrier of entry financially. So most franchises, youre spending half a million, a million, $3 million.
Interviewer: I mean, isnt $1 million to build a McDonalds, to buy a McDonalds?
Nick: Yeah, I think its a million to buy in, but then youve got to build the store, youve got to have theyou gotta furnish it.
Interviewer: Oh, its a million, plus
Nick: Yeah. I dont know exactly what McDonalds is, but with Chick-fil-A, its a very low barrier to entry financially. So that piqued my interest. But then also just seeing the values that Chick-fil-A has, closed on Sunday, really involved in the community, very big focus on leadership development as far as developing our team members, whether theyre team members that stay with us for the long term or developing them to be better members of our own community and they go elsewhere. A lot of those aspects really caught my interest, saying, wow, this is a pretty incredible company.
